Anil signed up with Public Service Solar in April of 2023 and was installed in July of 2023. Anil’s electric bill was over $200/month at the time so we wanted to check back in with him a year after he signed up.
“Ok, so my main motivation was actually the return on investment. I just wanted to make sure that I just save money. And again based on how much I am investing the money, and how much of a return on investment there was, I felt like this was a good deal that I am getting from Public Service Solar. I just went ahead with that. “
“Yeah so I think before I installed one of my distant friends got it, so I came to know through that friend of Public Service Solar. And he had very high regards about Public Service Solar because I think he kind of knew Anthony, and he gave his number and we got connected and it was good. And again, based on his experience we said okay, we’ll just go with Anthony which is Public Service Solar. “
“The whole process was smooth. I was informed at different points in time from Public Service Solar. I had spoken to Stephanie, and I forgot the Vice President’s name, I spoke to him, so basically I had a very good experience throughout the process through the installation of the solar. And when the crew came they came two times. Once they installed something outside and then the second time when they came they installed the whole solar panels and they connected to what they installed first outside. So the crew was good, very knowledgeable, and very experienced and they did the job. I didn’t have to worry about anything basically. I didn’t bother to even see what they were doing so I had a very good experience through the installation.”
“It was pretty fast. I think after the installation, in 4-5 weeks the net metering got in effect. Meaning September’s end. So I didn’t expect that, I was expecting December honestly speaking. But during the whole process of getting the appointment with the township, they took care of all those things. I didn’t have to worry about those things.”
“My experience with Public Service is really awesome so I would definitely recommend it if you ask me. I have recommended one of the neighbors, 2-3 minutes away, he got a big system, he got it through Public Service Solar.”
