What was your motivation for installing solar and battery storage?

“The primary motivation was we wanted to reduce the utility bill, and also we bought an EV and also hot tub which were consuming a lot. So that’s why we thought solar would be better.”

What were your considerations in selecting Public Service Solar as your solar provider?

“Initially Public Service Solar was one of the candidates of our homeowner’s group who were all interested in solar. Based on our interactions with Tony, and my personal interactions, Tony gave me the confidence that they will be able to back their product for a long time. That is the primary reason.”

How was your installation experience?

“Installation was on time and was done by a good crew. They were really polite. They were able to walk me through everything. We even had an issue where something was broken by accident and Public Service Solar was really responsive. When I mentioned it on a Friday, somebody showed up the next day and was able to take care of the majority of the things quickly.”

What’s been your experience since installation?

“It has been working really well for us. No problems. Any questions I had, Mike was able to answer quickly. After the installation, one of the issues we had was around the Enphase Gateway and our Franklin battery, they weren’t talking to each other properly. But Mike was able to work that through and get that fixed. The system has been working really well with no problems at all.”
