Senthilkumar signed up for solar with Public Service Solar in September of 2023, and was installed in November. He received his approval to operate in December. We caught up with Senthilkumar to see how the first 5 months have been with his solar panel system.
“The primary motivation was we wanted to reduce the utility bill, and also we bought an EV and also hot tub which were consuming a lot. So that’s why we thought solar would be better.”

We even had an issue where something was broken by accident and Public Service Solar was really responsive. When I mentioned it on a Friday, somebody showed up the next day and was able to take care of the majority of the things quickly.”
“It has been working really well for us. No problems. Any questions I had, Mike was able to answer quickly. After the installation, one of the issues we had was around the Enphase Gateway and our Franklin battery, they weren’t talking to each other properly. But Mike was able to work that through and get that fixed. The system has been working really well with no problems at all.”
“Yes, definitely. I even have been highlighting Public Service Solar to my friends group. And I think there have even been a few folks who have gotten in touch and are getting solar now. So yes, I would definitely recommend solar. “
